HISTORY


This explosive 4 pieced combo formed 10 years ago in the city of Vila Real has managed to reflect an attitude and unique sound. Under influences from bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Marylin Manson or Depeche Mode, sharing stage with well known acts such as Guns n’ Roses, Nightwish, In Flames, DeathStars, Hamlet or Marylin Manson themselves.The staging of the band if one of their strongest points, equipped with a powerful sound and a striking image, which turns Killus into a whirlwind live.After 3 mcd’s with a great impact statewide, in 2006 the band made the recording of their first LP, entitled “God Bless Us”, produced by Carlos Creator, which received an excellent response from the national and international press, increasing the large fan base of the band.In 2009, the band releases ·”Extinción”, their second album of studio, produced by Jorge Escobedo (Skizoo, Sober). Killus are included in many international compilations, consolidating themselves more and more as a reality.The third studio work of the band is produced again by Carlos Creator and entitled “Never Something Was So Real”, released in 2011 with international collaborations such as Richard Sjunnesson (Sonic Syndicate) and Cat Casino (DeathStars).After receiving an outstanding feedback from the national and international press and having a great response from their followers, Killus are now in the creative process of their new and fourth album of studio, still untitled, will be released in 2013 through Art Gates Records.
